Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and creative intern to join our Business Process Engineering (BPE) team. This role will focus on developing engaging and effective training materials for a cutting-edge, AI-enabled cloud workflow application. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly learning experiences that drive adoption and productivity.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), Business Process Engineers, Workflow application owners, and enablement leads to understand the AI workflow platform’s features and use cases.
• Design and develop training content including tutorials, quick-start guides, videos, and interactive modules.
• Assist in creating onboarding materials for new users and internal teams.
• Conduct user research and feedback sessions to refine training materials.
• Support documentation updates and knowledge base contributions.
• Help evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, analytics, and user engagement metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and basic understanding of AI concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
