We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative EHS & Site Documents Tracking Controller to support our project sites by ensuring all employee documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including EHS, HR, managers, and site personnel—to streamline processes and contribute to the readiness and safety of our workforce.

The EHS & Site Documents Tracking Controller will collect, analyze and process Employees unrestricted documentation from multiple sources and systems and consolidate them for the organization of Project sites.

The EHS & Site Documents Tracking Controller will collaborate with managers, EHS Departments, HR Departments, supervisors, and SITE personnel as applicable to ensure accurate data is provided in a timely manner. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our GE Vernova vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect all data, ensure accuracy, and process through appropriate systems
  • Obtain information from EHS Depts, HR depts., managers, supervisors, and SITE personnel as applicable and load the data into systems of record.
  • Monitor systems of record to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Expedite Employees on missing or expired documentation.
  • Support Employees during on the correct use of internal tools.
  • Work proactively with managers to ensure data is provided on time and in accordance with scheduled deadlines.
  • Analyze pre-requisites of each project assigned making sure that we comply on Legislative and EHS documentation required to fulfill customers’ needs.
  • Support supervisors/managers with employee readiness for sites by following checklists and processes.
  • Monitor systems of record to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel may be required.
  • English proficiency required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum: “Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Profesionales” (FP grado superior).
  • Experience with web-based programs
  • Microsoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Contract Details:

  • Type of contract: Contrato Laboral en Prácticas (Apprentice). This is NOT an internship (beca).
  • Duration: 1 year.
  • Working hours: Full-time.
