Mandatory Internship in Project Support Compliance Digitalization

Job Description

• In the „Digitalization of Compliance Function” project, you will support the product manager for AI-backed IT solutions and the Compliance module of the newly implemented Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform.
• Your internship will primarily focus on the implementation of IT products in large organizations and the application of GenAI/LLMs in governance processes.
• In particular, you will be actively involved in setting up and testing LLM-based solutions, evaluating their performance and planning and tracking their implementation.
• You will also gain insights into and support planning and budgeting activities as well as contribute to status reports in accordance with defined project standards (e.g., Agile projects).

Qualifications

• Education: Master studies in the field of Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, IT, Product and Portfolio Management or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: proficiencyin MS Office; advanced skills in Excel (e.g., V-Lookups, Pivots); experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence as well as prior internships or experience in a related field are a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you are a quick learner with a structured, self-organized and data-driven mindset
• Languages: good in English and basic in German
