Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Brand Strategy Intern - 12 Month Placement (July 2026)

Within the Brand Strategy team, you will be at the forefront of this work. Helping shape how the brand is perceived by our clients, colleagues, partners, and potential clients of the future.

What awaits you:

  • Supporting the management and governance of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Corporate Identity, including logos, font and colour palette, across several different mediums.
  • Giving guidance and approval to requests from across the business in the implementation of our Corporate Identity.
  • Supporting interactions between regional colleagues, Dealers, and Central Marketing regarding Corporate Identity adherence.
  • Researching luxury peer brands, collating findings to support Brand Strategy topics.
  • Using and developing brand specific reports to identify and action risks to our brand reputation and strength.
  • Supporting budget management including raising Purchase Orders and ensuring budget trackers are up to date.
  • Supporting the planning of market research activities. This will include communicating with our regional colleagues.
  • Supporting the creation of communications collateral that align with our high touch, client-centric approach.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Studying towards a bachelor’s degree, preferable from Business or Mrtkerting, and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
  • Fully competent in using Microsoft Office software such asPowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar are essential, as is a high level of attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude with the desire to go above and beyond.
  • An ability to utilise initiative and present suggestions and justifications, solving problems as they arise.
  • A creative personal flair with the ability to provide open-minded solutions within tasks.

What do you need to do now?

Eligibility:

  • Returning to studies for at least 6 months after the placement.
  • Proof of legal right to work in the UK.
