The Internship
We’re looking for a Quality & Regulatory Compliance Intern to join our Boston HQ immediately. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in the dietary supplement and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. You’ll work directly with our Innovation, Operations, and Marketing teams to support projects that ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with reviewing product labels, claims, and marketing materials for accuracy and compliance

• Help organize and maintain regulatory documentation, product registrations, and certifications

• Support quality checks with suppliers and manufacturers, including reviewing Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and product specifications

• Participate in monitoring product quality issues and helping to track resolutions

• Conduct research on current FDA, FTC, and industry guidelines to keep the team up-to-date

• Gain exposure to new product development by assisting with regulatory assessments and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Interest in regulatory affairs, compliance, or quality assurance in health and wellness/CPG

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

• Available to work full-time in Boston for 3–6 months (immediate start)
