Our partner is seeking a reliable Janitorial/Dealership Cleaning Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a local automotive dealership. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and is committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

The primary day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Waste Management: Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners.

• Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all restrooms, including toilets, sinks, counters, and floors, and restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).

• Surface Cleaning: Dusting and wiping down all desk tops, counters, window ledges, and other surfaces.

• Floor Care: Mopping hard-surface floors and vacuuming carpeted areas throughout the facilities.

• Glass & Walls: Wiping down entry door glass and spot-cleaning walls to remove smudges and marks.

• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying management when stock is low.

• Following all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in housekeeping or janitorial work

Skills:

• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, proper use of cleaning chemicals, and operation of janitorial equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.)

• Highly reliable with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong work ethic and time management skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Frequent bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
