As aSupply Chain OperationsAnalyst Intern,you’llbe part of a broader team of12 people, along with the manager basedcross Europe (Barcelona, Grenoble,Prague). You will drive alignment and execute in-region planning & fulfilment activitiesin order toachieve andoptimizeshipment, revenue, inventory & market share goals. You will manage a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning,backlog managementwith support or remote team in India.

Key responsibilities

• Order Execution and Management-facilitatesmooth order execution,Coordinate with various stakeholders includingcategory,factoryteams,customer ops, SCOAH andlogistics.Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on-timeshipment/delivery.

• OptimizingMarket Attainment-Analysemarket demand and supply data tooptimizeinventory levels and distribution strategies.Collaborate withcentralteams to align supply with market demand.executestrategies to maximize market attainment targets for fiscal, calendar quarters, and months.

• Customer Satisfaction -enhance customer satisfaction andcollaborate onsolvingissues effectively.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs– TCE,Attainment, WOS,.) related to customer satisfaction and take corrective actions as needed.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration-Work closely withcategory,customer Ops,factory ops,logisticand finance teams to align supply chain operations with overall businessobjectives.Participate in regular meetings and reviews to share market insights and collaborate on strategic initiatives.Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure alignment andsynergy.

• Continuous Improvement:Identifyopportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the supply chain.Implement best practices and tools to streamline order management andfulfilmentprocesses.Regularly review performance metrics and feedback toidentifyareas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of operations.

• Reporting andAnalysis:Generate regular reports and analysis on orderfulfilmentperformance, market trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive improvements.Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders to drive alignment and action.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
  Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or Economics

• English language proficiency

• Self-driven, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives

• Strong analytical skills and capacity to interpret business data

• Experienced Excel user

• Excellent communication skills, both with internal and external partners

• Ability to work collaboratively across different teams in an IT environment
