The Role
We're seeking a driven HR intern to join our People Team for the fall semester. You'll play a vital role in critical projects, from cleaning up our HR data to improving our internal workflows. You'll handle administrative and clerical tasks, all while helping us build a scalable and efficient HR foundation for our rapidly growing company. This is an on-site, part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week with the potential for more hours based on performance and availability).
Your Impact
- Track and manage offer letter distribution and collection, ensuring all documents are signed and filed appropriately.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance in HR systems while generating reports as needed.
- Support handbook updates and policy documentation maintenance.
- Assist with HR projects such as audits, policy reviews, or compliance tracking.
- Help identify and implement improvements to existing HR workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Perform general administrative duties and support as needed.
The Ideal Match
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A high degree of professionalism and a proven ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work onsite in the Dallas area for approximately 20 hours per week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Points
- Seeking a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in human resources, office administration, customer service, or related areas.
- Enthusiasm for learning about HR practices, supporting team member experience, and contributing to organizational culture.
