Pella Corporation is seeking talented, undergraduate students to fill our Engineering Intern at our manufacturing facility in Carroll, IA.   • Pursuing a B.S. from a four-year college or university in an Engineering field.  See above for preferences
  • Strong academic candidate with Leadership Experience both inside and outside the classroom
  • Ability to use the following software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, AutoCad, and Solid Edge (or equivalent).
  • Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical team members utilizing written and verbal skills, including presentations to small and large groups
  • Experience managing projects from concept through implementation, in a fast-paced, team-based environment

As a Plant Process Engineer Intern, you will:

  • Modify and improve manufacturing processes to improve quality, increase reliability, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
  • Develop next generation manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Specify, design, and procure equipment required to support new product initiatives.
  • Implement new processes in manufacturing from concept through full production.
  • Degrees preferred:  Mechanical, Agricultural, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer and Industrial Technology.
