Job Description:

Location: Sault Ste. Marie or Toronto
Duration:  Fall (September – December 2026)

Type: Student Full Time

Range: $18.50 - $28.50

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate about supporting many phases of the design research process; all while learning about digital research and working with the labs across OLG’s digital business.  

A large part of the duties will involve supporting OLG’s in-house research projects and managing our growing research library. You will assist the CX Researchers with analyzing data from prototype research to drive decisions made to improve our online customer experience.  

Where possible, the intern will have opportunities to develop primary and secondary research skills as they assist in knowledge harvest, literature reviews, journey mapping, user experience and design testing.  

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Sr Manager Customer Research & Insights, you will be empowered to:

  • Organizing the growing research library

  • Data collection & Data analysis 

  • Assist in the development of survey questionnaires, screeners, discussion guides, and report writing

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME

  • Love working with data

  • A willingness to try new methodologies/approaches and love of learning

  • Ability to adapt and be flexible, manage multiple projects and stakeholders

  • Currently enrolled in a Masters / MBA program in Market research, Economics, Psychology, Interactive Design, Information Science or related field

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Qualtrics is a BONUS

  • Some familiarity with online gambling apps/websites

  • Comfortable working as part of a versatile team
