Qualifications

  • Experience in using the Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) package
  • SharePoint or Salesforce experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of Leadership
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or across multiple teams
  • Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4 point - scale) overall GPA

Job Description 

  • Provide support for the implementation of the Operational Risk Framework. This includes performing tasks related to key Operational Risk Management programs such Issues Management, Loss data Management and Risk Assessments.
  • Use technical expertise to support the development of a Data Management Program. 
  • Specifically, assist with the creation of mechanisms to capture, aggregate, analyze and report on the current risk environment.
  • Assist with the expansion of technology capabilities through duties including but not limited to drafting of business requirements, creation of test scripts, data uploads and user acceptance testing.
  • Support delivery of objectives, including embedding operational risk management across the Company and increasing awareness of Operational Risk Management programs.
  • Assist with other Operational Risk Management deliverables as assigned.
