The Company offers a job opportunity as Operational Risk Intern. The candidate will join the LOD2 Risk department (LOD2 Operational Risk) and will support the identification, assessment and mitigation of non-financial risks of the Company, with a particular focus on Operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

The resource will support the team on key activities, including:

Contribute to analysing processes and activities to identify and assess risks and related controls.
Contribute to update the Company’s Risk Profile (e.g. risk assessment, key risk indicators, project risks, incidents statistics, etc..)
Support in preparing clear and effective reports for senior management and relevant committees.
Support updates to the Risk Appetite, ERM framework, and related policies.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has:

Master degree in Economics, Management, Finance or similar;
Fluent in both written and spoken English;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Proactive approach and strong collaborative skills;
Teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment;
Precision and attention to details;
Strong communicational and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of IT Governance, Information Security and Business Continuity frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, NIST and CIS Framework, ITIL, DORA, etc.) would be considered a plus.
