Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our project team in planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and tracking project activities and timelines
- Support project managers in coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and reports
- Monitor project progress and highlight delays or risks
- Help prepare presentations, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling tasks
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project standards

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
