Job Description

Who we are looking for:

We are recruiting, on behalf of a leading company in financial services related to the purchase of vehicles, a resource who will be responsible for customer care services in support of the sales network of a leading automotive manufacturer, our client.

The team member we are recruiting will be responsible for managing customers in order to:

-process service requests, ensure problem resolution, and contribute to the improvement of the customer satisfaction index

-handle inquiries from the sales network regarding credit analysis and evaluation and processing of financing files.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Provide front line support for customers, managing requests and providing helpful information about existing loan agreement, to ensure that customers are satisfied.
  •  Manage complaints to proactively advise and consult, ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  •  Collect and analyze customer needs with a view to continuous improvement of the offered service.
  •  Manage relations with all internal structures for the resolution of complex problems.
  • Manage document verification service.
  •  Verify the compliance and documentation of financing contract requests.
  • Contact the sales network when documents integration is needed.
  • Manage all the sales network’s requests on document clarification and integration.
  •  Manage contract’s settlement.
  • Manage contract’s review and verification (updating of personal data and contracts)

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Economics (Not necessary but an extra)  
  •  Strong relational and organizational attitudes for an effective relationship with customers.
  • Teamwork.
  • Accuracy and compliance.
  •  Initiative and independence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office.
  • Language’s skills: Italian, English.
