The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust internship program for college juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. It will immerse you in a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.

Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 18th – Aug. 7th, 2026). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based in St. Paul, Minnesota on the Securian campus

Nature of the work:

Develop client-facing training and resource materials

Support updates to current materials

Research best practices in client adoption and engagement

Contribute ideas for new tools or resources to support client success

Gain exposure to digital adoption tools and technology learning through WalkMe

Works with:

Client Development

Sales Enablement

Software Technology Teams

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)

Currently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in business administration, risk management, or a related field

Ability to manage deadlines

Ability to multitask

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to prioritize
