Position Summary:

ParetoHealth is at the forefront of redefining employee benefits and risk management solutions. Our Finance team plays a crucial role in ensuring the company’s financial health by driving strategic decision-making, optimizing operations, and delivering actionable insights that support growth and innovation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance MBA Intern to join our Finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will contribute to impactful projects, gain exposure to financial operations, and build foundational skills for a career in finance.

Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Support monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost management and efficiency initiatives.
Conduct research and contribute to financial modeling projects to support strategic planning.
Assist in maintaining financial systems and tools, ensuring accurate data input and reporting.

About you:

Currently pursuing or have completed a MBA degree at an accredited college or university.
Ability to work in our Philadelphia, PA office beginning in June through August.
