YOUR IMPACT
- Support the technology used by the Cyber Defense team, participating in day-to-day operations, maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities
- Create vendor support cases and work with support through issue resolution
- Assist Engineering Team with SIEM management, administration, and troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting, and resolution of tickets based on ticket priority
- Assist with the creation, and management of process documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying automation opportunities
- Participate in patching, deploying, and upgrading agents and security applications
- Gain hands on experience building and maintaining the malware lab environment
- Support and remediate security agents on workstations and servers
- Assist Engineering team with racking, un-racking, and configuring new servers
- Create and manage honeypots in strategic locations throughout the Oshkosh environment
MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Student working towards a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems/Technology, or related discipline for the entire duration of the internship.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to take an analytical and methodical approach to solving problems.
- Familiarity with REGEX, Python/PowerShell, APIs.
- Ability to work independently while prioritizing workload.
- Excellence in customer service, customer-focused quality, organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills.
Pay Range:
$29,700.00 - $44,700.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
