Tiffany & Co. is actively seeking an Intern to join our Miami team.  At Tiffany as a client-centric organization, we believe it is critical to understand our retail business and how it is constantly evolving. We expect our employees to deliver the Tiffany Experience to each client and Tiffany is committed to crafting an organization that recognizes and rewards excellence in service of this promise. 

Performance Goals:

  • Assist in the facilitation of programs and service support related to Store Activations  
  • Support client gifting initiatives 
  • Work closely with outside vendors  
  • Contribute to major activations recaps, as well as event calendars and timelines 
  • Cross-functional partnerships to ensure that all corresponding logistics are running smoothly from the planning stages to on-site at the event, itself 
  • Provide teams with logistical support for store events 
  • Assisting with special projects as needed. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or luxury experience or relevant client-related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.). 
  • Client service focused mentality. 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, positive demeanor. 
  • Capacity to work with a multicultural environment  
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
