In this role, you will help design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions that increase efficiency and reduce manual work across the organization. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and deploying automation workflows using Python, RPA tools, or AI platforms.
  • Support AI experiments, including prompt engineering, chatbot development, and model testing.
  • Analyze and map existing processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of automation solutions.
  • Prepare documentation such as SOPs, workflow diagrams, and technical notes.
  • Research new AI tools and automation best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and gather feedback.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Information Science, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly.

✨ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) or workflow automation tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases (SQL), or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Exposure to large language models (LLMs) or chatbot development.
