Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Summer Intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners to support the full-cycle recruiting process — from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews — and gain hands-on experience in building an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding preparation.
  • Maintain candidate records and job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct research on recruiting trends and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Ensure all recruiting materials and communications are accurate for virtual and on-site interviews.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams as needed.

About you:

  • Must be a Junior, or Senior attending an accredited College or University.
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Ability to work in our Philadelphia, PA office beginning in June through August.
