What you'll do:
The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and currency of our Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) platform. This role will be responsible for proactively monitoring technology changes across the organization, meeting with change agents to gather additional information, distilling complex technical information into actionable insights, and updating the EAM accordingly. Key accountabilities include maintaining data integrity within the EAM, presenting relevant changes to the EA team, and generating reports and visualizations to inform EA planning and decision-making.
The opportunity
- 4-8 month work-term beginning January 2026.
- Full-time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.

How you'll make an impact
- Assist in the administration of an EAM platform.
- Monitor and analyze changes in the organization's technology landscape. This could include tracking new projects, applications, technologies, and vendors.
- Create and update process documentation for the role that can be used for onboarding and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with change agents to gather relevant information on the planned changes.
- Update and maintain the EAM’s repository of information, ensuring accurate and quality data is updated in a consistent and timely manner.
- Present relevant changes to the EA team for review, planning, and approval.
- Recommend automations to reduce the manual effort of monitoring multiple change sources.
What you'll bring to the role
- Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.
- Decent understanding of technology concepts, including applications, APIs, infrastructure, and data.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the relevance and impact of a large volume of technology changes on the organization and distill them into critical updates.
- Experience with data entry, data quality, and data analysis.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, necessary to hold technical discussions about planned changes.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Jira, and EA tools is a plus.
- A willingness to learn is essential.
