Ecolab is seeking a recent graduate to join our team in Barcelona as Commercial Excellence Trainee.

What You Will Do:

· Collaborate, coordinate and support the sales teams to implement commercial excellence strategies such as service efficiency improvement, digital solutions for sales teams etc. .

· Process and analyse data with critical view to continuously improve processes aimed at driving business growth, develop dashboards.

· Provide general support to other projects across the division, including data collection and processing, presentations development, reporting, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration, engineering or similar.

· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Power BI.

· Fluent in English and Spanish/Italian.

· Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and on an international and virtual base.

· Strong digital, analytical and problem-solving skill.

· High level of accuracy and detail oriented.

· Available for a full-time Apprentice
