As an Information Management System (IMS) Intern, you will play an integral role in implementing, supporting, and promoting the effective use of Sanofi IMS solutions and industrial standards across business and manufacturing application systems. You will join our IMS Team, which is responsible for supporting value creation, ensuring business continuity, and deploying and executing integrated manufacturing systems at the WFD site. Your responsibilities will include both business-as-usual (BAU) and project-related support, IMS administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall goal of maximising business value and stakeholder satisfaction. You will report directly to the IMS Manager on site.

Main responsibilities:

Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of Sanofi IMS solutions and industrial standards across business and manufacturing application systems
Updating and maintaining project documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals
Collaborating effectively within a dynamic, team-based environment to support ongoing initiatives and continuous improvement
Support the Digital / Automation & IT teams in maintaining hardware and software systems
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
Contribute to introduction and adoption of new Automation within the company

About you

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

A degree in progress, ideally in Computer Science or Engineering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A proactive attitude toward continuous learning and self-improvement
An open, approachable personality and a professional communication style
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
Good organisational and time management skills
High levels of motivation and initiative
