The onsemi IT Digital Transformation Office (IT DTO) is seeking a self-driven and motivated intern for the Spring 2026 term. The internship will be based at our Scottsdale corporate headquarters. As an IT DTO intern, you will have the opportunity to assist managing project and governance processes for digital thread initiatives.

To be considered for an internship, you must be a student currently enrolled in school pursuing an accredited degree program. This position is specifically looking for a student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate project management or information systems degree. 
 
 
  • Work with IT DTO Leadership to facilitate weekly project review meetings
  • Meeting organization and facilitation - Drafting and publishing detailed meeting minutes
  • Ensuring project teams adhere to the project processes and procedures 
  • Perform routine data analytics and report generation of key performance metrics
  • Audit project checklists deliverables to ensure compliance with IT General Controls 
  • Advocate project management methodology principles and awareness across organizations 
  • Contribute to improvements in our DTO and IT methodologies, templates, and best practices. 
  • Perform ancillary DTO tasks.

 Examples: - SharePoint project site creations and customizations - Facilitate and document process improvements - Conduct training sessions of DTO processes - Assisting project teams with special tasks
