Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Systems Analyst Intern to support our supply chain and IT operations. This role offers hands-on experience with data analysis, system support, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will gain valuable exposure to Oracle-based tools and play a key role in improving processes that drive efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory levels, logistics, and vendor performance. Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of IT supply chain strategies, including optimizing software deployment, enhancing hardware procurement processes, and streamlining data flows.

  • System Support: Support the maintenance and updates of supply chain management systems and other IT tools. Contribute to data entry, report generation, and ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Customer Service, Order Management, Finance, and Operations to coordinate activities, improve communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with databases and Oracle-based tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Note: Candidate must be in the Chicago office 2 days per week.

Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of May 2028 or later

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
