Job Title:
Summer 2026 Sistersville Quality Department InternSummary:
As a Quality Intern, you will collaborate with lab and production teams to drive meaningful improvements in testing accuracy, process control, and product quality. Through hands-on projects and data-driven analysis, you will help optimize operations and contribute to key site initiatives that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Include:
Completing Gage R&R studies on laboratory tests
Using statistical quality control (SQC) and statistical process control (SPC) to determine suitable operating limits for production processes
Analyzing lab test turnaround time data and identifying solutions to improve
Various Quality Improvement Projects with manufacturing
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or a related technical discipline
Program Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.
The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.
