We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college intern to support our Competitive Market Research and Acquisition Research initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in strategic analysis, market intelligence gathering, and acquisition target evaluation. The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and eager to contribute to high-impact projects that influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive landscape analysis across key markets and industries.

  • Research and profile potential acquisition targets, including financials, market positioning, and strategic fit.

  • Assist in building and maintaining databases of competitors, market trends, and M&A activity.

  • Support the development of executive-level presentations and reports summarizing research findings.

  • Monitor industry news, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to our strategic interests.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Finance, and Product Development.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with market research databases (e.g., Statista, PitchBook, CB Insights) is a plus.

  • Prior internship or project experience in market research, consulting, or investment analysis is preferred but not required.
