Position Overview:

Logitech's Global Operations & Supply Chain department is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a dynamic and proactive Communications Coordinator Intern to elevate our T-Shape program, an internal initiative aimed at fostering T-Shaped professionals within the company. The position is placed by the Customer Supply Chain department of Logitech S.A., situated in Cork, Ireland. The T-Shape program consists of team members across different teams within the organization and different countries.

We are seeking an individual who will drive the program's communication strategy, run its daily operations, provide support for program initiatives as needed and ensure its effective delivery across the organization.

• Developing and executing a comprehensive communication plan for the T-Shape program, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms

• Crafting engaging content (including video) and organizing events (both online and offline) to drive and maintain high levels of engagement with the program's initiatives

• Managing, organising and supporting the day to day operations of the T-Shape program connecting the dots to ensure seamless output to audience

• Collaborating with various global Logitech teams across the organization to tailor communications & content strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and cultural backgrounds

• Managing the program's web presence, ensuring that content is up-to-date, accessible, and user-friendly

• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication strategies and making data-driven adjustments to enhance reach and engagement

• Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices

This role will also entail:

• Regular collaboration with a dedicated mentor to refine strategies and assess performance

• Direct implementation of communication plans, with the autonomy to bring innovative ideas to life

• Communication with global teams across different time zones

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or similar field

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (another language is useful)

• Experience in internal/external communications and the ability to accommodate cultural nuances and work with a dynamic global team

• Highly organised, and able to prioritise with exceptional time management

• Competency in general website management and data analytics with desire to build on what’s existing

• Proficiency in Google Suite

• An analytical mind and ability to think critically

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to meeting regular deadlines ,adapting to various tasks as needed and a strong desire to acquire new competencies

Desirable Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with photo editing and design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign or similar

• Familiar with AI fundamental concepts; Comfortable with using AI tools and applications

• Basic video editing skills with experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar

• Familiarity with web platforms such as Wix or similar
