THE ROLE
Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a/an Agentic AI Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and test AI-powered agents and automation tools to streamline enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to identify business processes that can benefit from AI optimization.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services that support intelligent agent functionality.
• Apply machine learning models to real-world business scenarios, including classification, prediction, and recommendation tasks.
• Integrate AI tools with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure) and enterprise data systems.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation details for internal use and future scalability.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team standups to ensure alignment and progress.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to improve agent efficiency and accuracy.
• Support testing, debugging, and deployment of AI solutions in production environments.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and suggest innovative applications for enterprise use.

What We Seek
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant academic or project experience in AI, machine learning, or data engineering.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Java.
o Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
o Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications: Not mandatory, but certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies are a plus

Eligibility
• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
• Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
