THE ROLE Our site in Chandler, AZ is seeking a/an Product Marketing Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. What You’ll Do • Track and report on leads from third party providers (AZO, Labcompare) • Monitor new contact entry into HubSpot • Report on legacy HubSpot contacts not assigned to a user • Work with marketing to assign legacy contacts to new users • Forward new HubSpot contacts to SCPs • Compare HubSpot SQL entry into OMS system • Support tracking in OMS (e.g. Opportunities through lifecycle, Won / Lost) • Lead branding changes for all products and documentation (to Entegris standard) • Support marketing campaign work (digital and other creative content) • Researching trends and competitor activity • Gathering data on competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends • Develop a standard report template for our demo results (facing to customers) • Other marketing similar projects as priorities dictate What We Seek • Minimum of Junior year completed toward bachelor’s program • Experience creating or updating product literature, branding and other similar marketing content • Understanding of the marketing and sales lead process (e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce, or similar tool) • Ability to mine data, effectively track and update information from electronic sources Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year • BS, Marketing or Marketing Communications • BA, Communications • BBA with concentration in Marketing • BS, Digital Media • Graduation date of Spring 2026 or 2027 Eligibility • Must be a currently enrolled student • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June. • Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to sit at desk for extended periods, extended time using laptop computer, periods of 1-2 hours on conference / video calls Why Work at Entegris Lead.
