About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Internsupports the Sales & Marketing team in achieving its goals by assisting with administrative duties, client interactions, and sales initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Sales, this internship offers an immersive learning experience in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment. The role provides exposure to sales processes, marketing activities, and client relationship management, offering a foundation for professional growth and development within the industry.

What you will do

  • Assist the Sales team with daily operations such as preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.

  • Support in organizing and conducting site inspections, client visits, and promotional events.

  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management for the department.

  • Update client databases and maintainaccurate sales and marketing records.

  • Help in updating digital materials and coordinating marketing collateral when needed.

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.

  • Learn and apply hotel standards, procedures, and systems while contributing proactively to the team environment.

What you bring

  • Education: Current hospitality or business student seeking practical experience in Sales & Marketing.

  • Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow professionally.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal skills in both Spanish and English.

  • Organization: Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management and attention to detail.

  • Technical skills: Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Publisher).

  • Team spirit: Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute ideas and support department initiatives.

  • Professionalism: Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to providing high-quality support and service.

  • Legal right to work in Spain. 

Degree: Professional /Technician.

Languages: Spanish / English.

Language Ability: High.

Schedule & Hours:Seasonal contract, full Time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends).
