Compensation Overview
$21 - $31/hr

- Support project technical analysis and manufacturing activities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to address questions related to the constructability, manufacturability, and assembly of specific designs and drawings.
- Assist with project execution activities, including preparing technical submittals and responding to customer technical inquiries.
- Develop Bills of Material (BOMs) within the MRP system based on engineering drawings, estimates, and customer documentation.
- Support the creation and maintenance of kits and subassemblies for standard product lines.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Provide support to project managers and production managers in executing manufacturing and project-related activities.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and support communication among engineering, manufacturing, and project teams.
- Contribute to cross-functional problem solving and process improvement efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and pursing a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in an engineering, technical, business discipline
- Commitment to full-time (40 hour) Summer/Fall (June 2027-December 2027) Co-op experience in St. Louis, MO
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
- Previous co-op or intern experience a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills (served in leadership role in student organization)
- Previous coursework involving automation, PLC, process controls, or simulation
- Technical curiosity and an eagerness to understand how products, systems, and processes work.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $21.00-31.00 an hour, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
