Risk Management – Resilience & Compliance Intern

We are seeking a Risk Management, Resilience & Compliance Intern to support our technology and operations teams in strengthening Intelcom’s digital infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT risk analysis, cybersecurity resilience, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced logistics tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT systems and infrastructure to identifyvulnerabilities and riskexposures.

• Assist in documenting and enhancing IT risk management frameworks and business continuity plans.

• Support the implementation of cybersecuritycontrols and resiliencestrategies.

• Participate in internal audits and compliance assessmentsrelated to IT governance and data protection.

• Collaboratewith cross-functionalteams to develop and refine IT-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Contribute to riskfinancingstrategies for IT incidents and support incident response planning.

• The roleinvolvesdaily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information systems, cybersecurity, risk management, or a related field.

• Familiaritywith IT risk management principlesincludingthreat identification, control implementation, and riskfinancing.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of GRC tools or cybersecurity platforms is an asset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solvingskillswith a proactive and detail-orientedmindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
