Atlantic Health is seeking an Associate Program Director for Ambulatory Services to support our well-established Internal Medicine Residency Program at Overlook Medical Center. Overlook Medical Center, a leading and innovative medical center within Atlantic Health, is home to the Internal Medicine Residency Program which provides training and education to 43 residents. In line with our system's expansion, we are actively seeking an individual to contribute to the continued growth of the Internal Medicine Residency Program.

The role of the Associate Program Director involves a balanced commitment of 50% administrative responsibilities and 50% clinical duties. Administratively, you will collaborate with the Program Director in developing, implementing, and reviewing all aspects of the Internal Medicine Training Curriculum. Your clinical responsibilities will include inpatient and preoperative assessment center weeks supervising our residents. This full-time Monday-Friday position offers a great work/life balance with limited shared inpatient weekend/holiday call at Overlook Medical Center. 

Salary Range: $250,000 – $280,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives
