Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a BS, or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field. At the end of the internship, you must return to school to continue your education or the internship must be the last requirement for you to graduate. English language fluency (written and verbal) and collaboration skills. Preliminary understanding of CMOS circuits, device characteristics and PPA oriented design.

Preferred Qualifications

An understanding of layout design and how to drive PPA via parasitic optimization, in addition to SPICE simulators. Good proficiency in scripting languages like Perl, Python and Tcl.
