Job Description
Within the Group Global Communication department, you will work with the Engagement & Internal Communication team to coordinate transversal projects at a global level.
You will be involved in various projects, particularly focusing on events:
- Corporate events: Manage a small event concept, facilitating informal interactions between a COMEX member and a small group of employees, as well as assisting for bigger events (such as General assembly, Townhall, Seminar, New Year Party)
- Coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders, ensuring all aspects are managed from preparation to post-evaluation.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess event success and write post-event reports to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Content creation: Assisting in the development of communication assets linked with internal events, including writing agency briefs, creating visuals on Canva, and drafting editorial content.
- Create messaging and content to promote internal events across communication channels, and design visual materials (flyers, posters, presentations) for effective dissemination.
- Work with corporate communication teams to ensure alignment of all visual and written elements with brand image, while proposing creative ideas to enhance events.
- Write content for internal social media, and engage on platforms to encourage employee participation in upcoming events.
By participating in these diverse projects, the intern will gain valuable experience in corporate communications, event management, and employee engagement strategies, all while working alongside a dynamic team committed to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications
Background
Level of Education: Master / MBA - Bac + 4/5 / Final year of business school
First experience/significant internship in a corporate organization / communication agency
Area of study: Communication, business school
Languages: French and English (fluent)
