J&J Innovative Medicie is currently looking for a Business Finance Intern to join the Controlling / Business Unit Finance Team in Madrid. We are a team of finance professionals with a special focus on business partnering, support of Commercial Business Units and technical capabilities.

The Business Finance Intern will learn for the following processes and activities, among others:

• Supporting Business Controlling team on analyzing of the different business units and other departments performance from a finance standpoint.

• Preparation and support in the different budget cycles of the year

• Preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly reports on sales and operating expenses (both brand spending and structural costs)

• Prepare accounting adjustments and reclassifications to ensure P&L accuracy (profite & losses)

• Continuously looking for efficiencies and new opportunities

• Support on ongoing projects and connect with financial stakeholders inside and outside Janssen Spain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree completed preferably in Economics, Business Administration or similar.

• No experience after completing the Bachelor's Degree.

• High Level of English (C1)

• Proven financial, analytical and digital skills, result and performance driven.

• Team-player and collaborative working style.

• Motivated, flexible and pro-active, eager to take initiative.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build excellent relations with stakeholders.

• Ability to drive change and to work under tight deadlines.

• Good functional knowledge of US GAAP and ES GAAP.
