Your Education, Skills, and Experience:
• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or other related IT field with completion of 2 years of undergraduate coursework by Summer 2026..
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
• Demonstrated internship, work, research, or extracurricular participation
• A willingness to learn and take initiative to understand the business
• Involved with at least 1 extracurricular activity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Interns must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Educations, Skills, and Experience:
• Previous internship in Information Technology with a global employer
• Aptitude for problem solving.
• Project experience with security tools or procedures
• Previous dashboard writing experience
• Ability to manage projects and working within team in a fast-paced environment

Your education is just the beginning – you’ll become an active member of our Corporate Information Technology team located in Pittsburgh, PA. During our 12-week internship program, you’ll tackle real-world challenges through impactful assignments, and work alongside our industry changemakers.
The Intern – Applications (IT) will
Assist in the development, trouble shooting and verification of Oracle EBS Test Scripts for Finance and Procurement areas
Assist with deploying Oracle Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Dashboards
Engage in testing and debugging ECC Dashboards
Contribute to the documentation of utilizing ECC
Assist with QC testing Orbit Reports used for retrieving data from Howmet’s Oracle EBS.
Develop an understanding of Howmet’s Oracle ERP system (Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Procurement modules) by aiding with troubleshooting/analysis of issues uncovered during post production deployment for our Howmet business segments.
Review and revise documentation of setups/configurations performed for a recent Oracle EBS deployment.
Collaborate with supervisors, business units, and resource unit leaders.
Intern Impact Project: This EBS-specific role will aid our team in providing test script automation (Reducing delivery to market). The intern will also be asked to provide process flow diagrams.

- Participate in the development, implementation and deployment of new systems, new information technologies, and information solutions.
- Support and enhance existing systems and information technologies.
- Learn the location & company’s standards, procedures, and technologies.
- Consult and interact with Howmet’s global business customers and company user groups to gather requirements and to solicit feedback on the success of delivered products.
- Analysis, design, system development, and life-cycle methodologies.
- Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions identifying key deliverables.
- Hands On work with an ERP System, Oracle EBS.
- Follow departmental processes procedures and produce required documentation.
- Work independently, directly with customers, as well as assigned work group.
