This Position reports to:

IS Project Management Office Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Assist the PMO Manager in North America with the alignment of the company’s
  business needs and technical direction.
• Manage Country IS end user communication channels including translation of
  global English communications to French
• Manage Country or region IS intranet pages
• Document processes to assist end-users in using internal systems
• Collaborate with local and global services in providing support to ABB employees
• Supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required
  infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. (Potentially outside
  of business hours)
• Show initiative, finding opportunities to improve upon quality and continuous
  improvements of existing processes
• Responsible for organizing internal events related to IT topics (Cyber security,
  Microsoft Office O365 etc)
• Provide support to Infrastructure project’s team (PMO and SMEs)

What it takes to run what runs the world

• 2nd year university in related technology field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office O365
• Networking knowledge is an asset
