Job Description

Our Manufacturing Division is dedicated to being the most trusted supplier of biopharmaceuticals worldwide. The 2026 Global Supplier Quality Internship will have a duration of 10-12weeks during the summer months. The Supplier Quality Intern, with guidance from the Director/ Associate Director, will have the opportunity to work on strategic goals for the business. The incumbent will have the opportunity to drive project(s) through the organization, participate on multi-functional teams and interacting with Senior Leaders. The Supplier Quality Management (SQM) organization ensures each material inside our products is manufactured, processed, tested, packaged, stored and distributed aligned with our incredibly high standards of quality and meets all regulatory requirements. Partnering across our internal manufacturing facilities, external contract manufacturers and suppliers we create an interdependent global manufacturing network committed to deliver a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time, across the globe.

The project(s) would be within a specific areas and identified upon acceptance; however, the following areas are potential areas that the incumbent would support: Data Visualization Tools - design/develop dashboards, quality metrics for data management, Supplier Management Systems and projects to support simplification and optimization for key supplier quality management elements, not limited to the approved supplier list, quality agreements, supplier changes and performance monitoring.

Primary Activities:

  • Develop a project plan to address the strategy/problem statement that you will be working on and identifykeymilestones and project deliverables.

  • Schedule routine meetings with the necessary stakeholders to collect their input(s).

  • Actively participate in the Staff/Tier process and use this forum to make concerns visible.

  • Maintain metrics and tracking of progress on project and provide periodic report outs toManager/ team.

  • Ensure all data is in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices and departmental procedures is of the highest integrity, quality and accuracy.

  • Participate actively in all offered Intern activities as offered by the Program.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Candidates must currently be a student (junior or senior) enrolled in a B.S. in Science/Engineering/Data Analytics program.

  • Candidates must have experience with data analytics and data visualization tools.

  • Candidates must be proficient in use of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate interpersonal skills including flexibility, collaboration and inclusion skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Candidates must be a self-starter with capability to develop innovative solutions to challenges.

  • Candidates must have proven analytical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and ability to apply key concepts.

  • Candidates must be able to speaks with courage and candor.

  • Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills using PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Prior experience withdata sets analysis using tools such as Excel capabilities such as conditional formatting, Power BI.

  • Experience or knowledge of additional IT tools like PowerApps.

  • Familiarity with concepts of project-product management and / or supply chain management.

Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
