About the Role

The Athletics Department Internship is an exciting opportunity for motivated, sports-driven students to gain hands-on experience in athletic operations, event coordination, and program support. You’ll work closely with our Network Athletics Team to ensure scholars receive top-tier sports programming that promotes excellence both on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of athletics events, practices, and games
Support coaches and staff with equipment management, scheduling, and logistics
Help maintain athletic facilities and ensure a safe environment for scholars
Gather and organize data to track scholar participation and performance
Collaborate with staff to enhance scholar-athlete experiences

Who We Are Looking For

A college student or recent graduate seeking real-world experience in sports management, athletics, or education
Passionate about youth sports, teamwork, and leadership development
Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
