Over three months in our Summer 2026 Internship Program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your Indirect Tax expertise—while making real contributions to Autodesk’s business.

Alongside technical growth, you’ll develop soft skills and build connections with other interns—locally in your office, regionally across EMEA, and globally—through programs designed just for interns.

You’ll work with a team of Indirect Tax experts in a dynamic, supportive environment, collaborating on data gathering for tax compliance, assisting with developing standard operating procedures, account reconciliations and other tasks. Along the way, you’ll gain exposure tovarious tax technology tools as well as gaining exposure to how we apply AI to our Indirect Tax processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Indirect Tax team in preparing and reviewing data for VAT/GST compliance across multiple countries

  • Assist with the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for tax processes

  • Perform account reconciliations and help identify and resolve discrepancies

  • Contribute to data analysis and reporting to support international tax filings

  • Gain hands-on experience with tax technology tools and help test automation solutions

  • Participate in applying AI and other innovative technologies to streamline routine tax tasks

  • Collaborate with global finance and tax colleagues on cross-functional projects

  • Conduct research on international tax developments and assist in summarising impacts for the team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as an active student in a degree program

  • Predicted First or Upper Second Class degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or Data Analytics or a related field

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong foundation in tax or accounting, with a keen interest in developments in international tax

  • Curiosity for tax technology and enthusiasm for applying AI solutions and automation to routine tasks to drive efficiencies

  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment

  • Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level

  • Highly motivated to learn, with a strong desire to go the extra mile and understand how things work
