Duration: 10 weeks

We’re looking for a motivated intern to support our Talent Operations teams this summer. You’ll work closely with our Professional Development and HR teams and gain hands-on experience with our talent programs, including onboarding, training, and day-to-day operations. You’ll work alongside team members who are committed to creating a positive employee experience and have the chance to contribute ideas to improve our processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn how organizations support and develop their talent and build practical skills in a collaborative environment.

A day in the life of a Talent Operations Intern

As a Talent Operations intern, you will work on our Professional Development and HR teams, helping coordinate onboarding and training initiatives for our new hires. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the facilitation of our full-time New Joiner Academy (NJA) for 200+ employees, including logistics, materials, communications, and week-of support.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of our June Manager Bootcamp program, including agenda coordination, scheduling and participant outreach.
  • Reviewing feedback from our Internship New Joiner Academy and summarizing insights and recommendations to help enhance program effectiveness and participant experience.
  • Supporting Human Resources operations such as I-9 processing, personnel documentation workflows, and employee data accuracy.
  • Get exposure to common employee questions that come into the Professional Development and HR listservs
  • Collaborating with Professional Development and HR teams on additional projects as needed, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across both functions.

Requirements

  • Rising Junior during Summer 2026 (Class of 2028) 
  • Track record of strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.3) 
  • Extracurricular achievement and leadership throughout school and university
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Fluent English is required
  • Work authorization in the United States
  • We don’t sponsor visas, but will consider applicants with STEM/OPT eligibility

Compensation and benefits

  • Internship compensation is $15,384.62 for a 10-week program.
  • Prime midtown office with state-of-the-art amenities; option to WFH each Friday.
