What you will do

Skin Health and Beauty EMEA- Regulatory Affairs Intern

This position reports into Floriana Piras Vincis and is based at UK.

Location: UK High Wycombe initially then Reading from Jan 2026

What you will do

The Skin Health and Beauty EMEA- Regulatory Affairs Intern is responsible for supporting regulatory affairs activities within the region. You will assist in ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines related to skin health and beauty products:

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze regulatory requirements for skin health and beauty products in the EMEA region
  • Assist in preparing regulatory submissions and documentation for product approvals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting skin health and beauty products
  • Support regulatory affairs team in various projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the regulatory affairs team to ensure compliance with skin health and beauty regulations in the EMEA region
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents for product registration and approval
  • Conduct research on new regulatory requirements and provide recommendations for implementation
  • Support in the development and maintenance of regulatory strategies for product development and market entry

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field or recent graduate
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and requirements in the EMEA region

  • Strong interest in regulatory affairs within the skin health and beauty industry
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
