What You'll Do

Position Summary

The Intern - Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the leadership of the Technology Alliance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of day-to-day activities, enabling the team to focus on driving strategic partnerships and advancing organizational objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills, while serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners working closely with our Strategic Alliance Leads to organize as well as schedule meetings.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Manage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling across multiple time zones.
    • Prepare, review, and process expense reports and related documentation in a timely manner.
    • Depending on demand, responsibilities could include ensuring executives are prepared for meetings through the development of agendas, collection of briefing materials, and coordination of follow-up actions.
  • Team and Stakeholder Coordination
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries on behalf of the Technology Alliance team and Alliance Leads.
    • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and team events, including logistics, materials, and communications.
    • Foster effective communication channels within the team and across business units.
  • Project and Partnership Support
    • Assist in monitoring key initiatives, deliverables, and milestones for technology alliance programs when applicable.
    • Support the development and maintenance of reports, presentations, and executive briefing materials.
    • Provide coordination support for joint activities with strategic partners.
    • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of partnership activities.


What You'll Bring

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university Bachelor’s or Master's degree program. 
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a technology, consulting, or corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively across global teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
