Hours: M-F, 40 hr / week

End Date: May 1, 2026 (Potential for extension through the summer)

Key Responsibilities
- Help plan & execute the campus recruitment strategy during our busiest cycle to hire the Early Talent Cohort for May 2026
 - Work with hiring managers to identify and hire the perfect candidates
 - Writing compelling job descriptions to attract the best-in-class candidates
 - Recruitment: filtering applications, screening candidates, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding
 - Managing job postings and monitoring their outcomes
 - Strategizing with the team to create and implement the internship program
 - Leading the current intern cohort to ensuring an incredible experience with our interns through event planning and professional development opportunities
 
About You
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, HR, Arts, Sciences, Marketing, or a related field
 - You like public speaking and creating presentations
 - You are extremely systematic and like to create efficient processes to reduce workload
 - Interest or experience in recruitment, HR, hiring, managing, administration,
 - Interest in program management and employee experience
 - Highly organized, attention to detail, an efficient executor
 - Extremely personable, a fantastic communicator, a great salesperson
 
Bonus Points
- Experience working or volunteering as a camp coordinator or sports coach
 - Leadership experience in university clubs or associations
 - Experience with event organization and coordination
 - Coding/technical proficiency and interest would be a huge plus, especially with Google App Scripts

 - You will have direct mentorship and day to day support from the Early Talent Manager
 - You will be encouraged to take ownership to create and implement programs and experiences for your Early Career Cohort, and will be given autonomy to explore projects and ideas that specifically interest you
