We are looking for new team member to join our Human Capital Team in Bangalore. This internship offers valuable exposure to overall HR processes, while you actively get to interact with employees on ground and craft their experience in office. You will have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's culture.

What you'll do-

Get exposure to how BP role works in a dynamic business environment.
Support in understanding and maintaining the culture of the firm through day-to-day interactions.
Assist in ideating and executing HRBP initiatives and engagement activities at a unit level.
Help with employee connects, capturing feedback, and preparing insights for leaders.
Support in executing centrally designed HR processes at the business unit level.
Get exposure to answering people-related queries, with guidance from the team.
Assist with data collation, analysis, and preparing reports to support decision-making.
Learn to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute fresh perspectives.

What you'll need-

Strong interest in Human Resources and willingness to learn about the HRBP function
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset and basic comfort with data (Excel/PPT). Understanding of Advanced Excel/Power BI/Power Automate is a plus.
Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
