Join us as an FP&A Intern and support our finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis that drives strategic decision-making across Qonto's growing operations. You'll play a key role in month-end closing processes while analyzing costs and revenue streams to provide actionable insights for our 400,000+ customers' financial journey.
As an FP&A Intern, you'll work closely with Simon Ruch and Alex Davies, our experienced finance managers, and contribute to both cost and revenue analysis that directly impacts our operational efficiency and strategic planning.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an FP&A Intern at Qonto, you will

• Support month-end closing tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting within tight deadlines
• Analyze costs and revenue streams to provide insights for business decisions and strategic planning
• Assist product and growth teams with financial analysis and ad hoc requests to support their initiatives
• Monitor marketing spend, headcount, and general administrative expenses to identify optimization opportunities
• Update and improve current financial processes while maintaining accuracy in our fast-growing environment


🤔 What you can expect

Team Context: You'll join a dynamic team of 5 people under Natalie Neff's leadership, working alongside two complementary managers who focus on different financial areas - giving you exposure to both cost and revenue analysis
Mentorship & Growth: Benefit from guidance by two experienced managers with different styles, plus knowledge transfer from our current intern to ensure smooth onboarding
Strategic Impact: Work on high-impact projects including supporting the launch of 4 new countries and analyzing new Qonto features, directly contributing to our expansion strategy
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product and growth teams, translating financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders and supporting their strategic initiatives
Tools & Processes: Master advanced Excel/Google Sheets, work with large datasets, and contribute to process improvements in our structured yet agile finance environment


🤝 About your future manager

You'll report to Simon Ruch and Alex Davies, who bring complementary expertise to your learning experience. Simon focuses on revenue analysis while Alex specializes in cost management, giving you comprehensive exposure to all aspects of FP&A. Both managers are committed to mentoring and will take turns supporting your development through regular feedback and hands-on guidance.


🏅 About You

Finance Experience: You have completed at least one previous internship in FP&A, audit, controlling, or similar finance roles, with hands-on experience in financial analysis
Technical Skills: You demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong analytical skills to handle large datasets and extract meaningful insights
Academic Background: You're an end-of-studies student (ideally Master 2) from a business school in France with studies in data analysis or corporate finance
Communication: You have strong English communication skills and can translate complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders
Personal Qualities: You're detail-oriented, curious, autonomous, and demonstrate team spirit with a learning mindset and rigorous approach to work

This is a 6-month internship starting in November 2025, based in Paris with hybrid working arrangements.
