As an Accounting Operations Intern at Rocket, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes while supporting our financial management team. You'll develop practical skills in transaction processing, financial reporting, and system operations while working in a collaborative environment that values your contributions and supports your professional growth.

About the role

  • Assist with processing vendor invoices, payment tracking, and reconciliation

  • Support AR functions including billing, collections, and customer account updates

  • Prepare and review financial reports and journal entries

  • Help troubleshoot transaction discrepancies in financial systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows

  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis

  • Gain exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools

About you

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
