As a Sales intern at our Global offices, you are part of a team that brings the legend of Belmond to life.
You will play a crucial role to support the Belmond Commercial Organisation (BCO). Whether this is through supporting sales teams or coordinating with global agencies and clients, you will contribute to strengthening relationships with travel trade and MICE industries on behalf of Belmond.

Primary Responsibilities Include
- Assist the Travel Industry and MICE Support Executives and Divisional Director of Sales, UK, Northern Europe, Middle East, and Africa in coordinating sales series, sales events, tradeshows, and sales missions.
- Provide administrative support to the Divisional BCO Teams as needed.
- Update and maintain the Sales database and assist in coordinating and distributing all relevant sales collateral to the field.
- Support all BCO and representation offices with day-to-day administration, including project work, market research, reports, post-event follow-up, and assisting Sales teams in creating PowerPoint presentations following Brand guidelines and utilizing the latest visual content.
- Assist EMEA BCO Sales Teams in maintaining and enriching their account and contact database.
- Conduct research for new account and market prospection within the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with Travel Trade Support Executives to prepare, coordinate, and deliver Belmond brand events, tradeshows, and roadshows globally throughout the year.
- Have the opportunity to accompany UK BCO Team members on client visits, sales calls, and presentations.
What you should know when applying...
- This is a fixed term internship that is expected to commence in November 2025 and continue for up to 12 months.
- The role is generally able to benefit from our current hybrid working policy where team members can work remotely for up to two days per week.

- Our offices are located at Wogan House, 99 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7NY. Wogan House is newly renovated office space under the management of a leading co-working space and property management company.
- Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK. This role is not suitable for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker immigration route.
What You Bring
- You will have completed a degree-level course in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, or have equivalent knowledge from your experience. Applications from students required to complete a placement year as part of their studies in the above subjects will also be considered.
- Strong demonstrable interest in the leisure, MICE, and celebrations segments of the hospitality industry.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to provide support to various teams and projects.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in market research, reports, and post-event follow-up activities.
- Ability to conduct research for new account and market prospecting within the EMEA region.
- Excellent organizational skills to assist in coordinating sales events, tradeshows, and missions.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic about learning and gaining diverse experiences.
- Willingness to travel and accompany team members on client visits, sales calls, and presentations.
